Career Heights Institute is a government exam coaching centre in Pala, Kerala, with over 1,500 selections since 2015. But when they came to us, the brand looked nothing like an institution. They had a complex, outdated, colour-heavy logo that was not digital-ready and could not adapt across platforms. There was no clear messaging, no positioning, and no visual system. They called themselves an "integrated coaching centre" without explaining what that meant or for whom.

Career Heights had a complex, outdated, colour-heavy logo that was not digital-ready and could not adapt across platforms. There was no clear messaging, no positioning, and no visual system. They called themselves an "Integrated Coaching Centre" without explaining what that meant or for whom. The challenge was clarity. Career Heights had a unique offering that no competitor could match: one integrated course covering 50+ central government exams over 10 months. But the brand did not communicate that. The visual identity was chaotic. The messaging was vague. The logo could not function in digital or print contexts. Prospective students between 18 and 27 needed to see an institution they could trust, not a coaching shop trying to look serious.

The pattern works down to social media post sizes but cannot go smaller than that without losing legibility. It functions as a brand asset that reinforces the core proposition: multiple exams, one integrated system.

We used DM Sans as the primary typeface across all brand applications. DM Sans is a geometric sans-serif with strong institutional character. It reads as serious and credible without feeling intimidating. The typeface performs consistently across print signage, digital platforms, and social media content. It balances youthful energy with professional authority, which was critical for the 18-27 target audience.

Career Heights has a physical institute in Kerala. We designed institutional signage for their office and facade. The only challenge was getting the lavender hue accurate during production. The construction and installation process was seamless. The signage now positions Career Heights as a credible institution, not a corner coaching class.
